1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic shipments.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, we primarily use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country's customs processing and local postal service. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Womens Casual Rompers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing delays for international orders. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@womenscasualrompers.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.

9. Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions, or any other countries where shipping is legally prohibited or logistically unfeasible.
